PIRL Dating Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for behaviour when using clicked-app and attending PIRL Dating events, PIRL Dating is an activity-based dating platform designed to foster safe, respectful, and meaningful connections. By using the app and participating in events or activities facilitated through it, users agree to follow this policy. Any behaviour that does not align with the code of conduct will not be tolerated and clicked-app has the right remove someone from the app or event.
1. Respectful Communication
- Communicate respectfully and kindly with all users.
- Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language.
- Do not send unsolicited explicit content or make unwanted advances.
- Always respect another user’s decision to decline or disengage.
2. Consent and Boundaries
- Consent must be clear, mutual, and ongoing in all interactions.
- Physical boundaries must be respected during in-person events.
- Do not pressure or coerce others into any activity, online or offline.
3. Safety and Integrity
- Provide honest and accurate information on your profile.
- Do not impersonate others or create fake accounts.
- Report any suspicious, abusive, or harmful behaviour through the app’s reporting tools.
- Avoid sharing private contact details publicly within the app.
4. Behaviour at In-Person Activities or Events
- Treat other participants, staff, and venues with respect.
- Arrive on time and behave responsibly.
- Follow the event organiser’s instructions and safety guidelines.
- Do not attend under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
5. Harassment and Complaints
- Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Users can report violations via the app or by contacting [App Support Email].
- Serious breaches may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
6. Inclusivity
- We are committed to creating an inclusive environment.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or background is strictly prohibited.
7. Consequences of Misconduct
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension from the app or events
- Permanent account removal
In serious cases, we reserve the right to notify relevant authorities.
